Troubleshooting Audible Notifications Issues on IOS Devices
If you are having an issue receiving an audible push notification or text notification for Share911 alerts on your IOS device, take the following steps:
- Upgrade your iPhone to iOS 17.1+
- Add both the Share911 app and the Share911 contact to the Work Focus
- Enable the Work Focus during appropriate times (e.g., during your work hours)
- Do not use the hardware silence switch as this overrides the Focus settings (no sound is emitted when the hardware switch is set to silent)
