What do I do if my child isn't listed for the daily Wellness Screening?

We know it is very frustrating when your child isn't listed on the daily Wellness Screening. There are normally just a few reasons for that. The first is that your student has been listed "remote" by the school. Remote students are not required by many districts to complete the Wellness Screening. The second reason is that the student was accidentally removed from the data feed that Share911 receives from the school district. 

Share911 can only update our records from a direct data feed from the school district. We cannot add or remove any students manually from Share911.

If your student is not listed in the daily Wellness Screening please contact the school directly. Please request that they add the student information back to the data feed that Share911 receives from the school.
