Troubleshooting Problems Logging into Share911

Occasionally, users mistakenly try to log into our support page and think that they are logging into Share911 instead.  If you are having a problem logging into Share911, first make sure that you are at the correct site:  https://share911.com.  

If you are at the Share911 website but still cannot log in, it could be one of three issues:

 

1.You Don't Have an Account.  It could be that an account has not yet been set up for your school or company.  If this is the case, you should contact the Share911 administrator at your school or company.

 

2. Your email address is entered incorrectly.  Make sure that your email is spelled correctly and that it is the one that you used to sign up for Share911.  

 

3.Your password is incorrect.  You can reset your password by following these steps:

A. Go to  https://share911.com.  

B. Below the sign-in form click on “Forgot Password?”

C. On the next page, enter your email address. 

D. Click Email Reset Link

E. Check your email inbox for a new message from Share911.

F. In the password reset email, click on the link.

G. Enter your new password, then select Change my password.

You can then log into Share911 with your new password.
