Sometimes an email invite to Share911 is not accepted before its expiration date or the user accidentally deleted the email. Share911 provides a simple way for administrators to resend invites via the Manage People section.
Steps to resend an invite:
1. Log in to Share911 and go to the channel that you want to re-invite the person to. Only accounts with Manage Users permissions on that channel may use the Re-invite feature.
2. Click your name in the the top right to display the User Menu.
3. Select Manage People
4. Select User Directory
5. Select Missing Password
6. Select Action => Resend Invite
