Email template for introducing Share911 / Share999

Share911 / Share999 works best when your whole workforce is on board, without leaving anyone in the dark. We've put together a customizable template you can send to your workforce to help everyone start using Share911 / Share999 to communicate and make help happen faster.

Hi everyone,

I am writing to let you know that [our school district/company] is now using Share911 / Share999 for its emergency communication.  Share911 / Share999 connects our entire workforce and empowers everyone to share information with coworkers and first responders in real-time, from wherever you are.  With Share911 / Share999, you can share the location of danger, know what action to take and receive updates relating to the incident, all in one place.  

You will be receiving an email invite to join Share911 / Share999 shortly.  When you receive the invite, promptly complete your profile.  This should only take a couple of minutes.  This needs to be done prior to our training on the system.

Once you have registered on Share911 / Share999, download the Share911 / Share999 mobile app.

On the day of our Share911 / Share999 training, please remember to bring a device that has access to the internet so that you can participate in the training.
