Share911 integrates with your digital signage to display alerts and critical messages in all your common areas. Share911 supports the Common Alerting Protocol (CAP), the international standard format for emergency alerting and public warning.
Testing CAP Integration
To test CAP integration, it is recommended that you configure it on a Training channel first. Remove all other staff from the Training channel and set up the integration, then broadcast an alert. Since the Training channel is empty and in private mode, you will avoid having to coordinate with outside agencies or other staff when you test the displays.
Enabling CAP Integration
To enable CAP integration, set up a Webhook integration as shown here and choose the CAP data format:
