Email template for introducing Share911 / Share999 to Students

We've put together a customizable template you can send to your students to introduce them to Share911 / Share999 prior to adding them to your channel. Feel free to edit the below template to meet your school's needs.

Hi everyone,

I am writing to let you know that [our school district] is now using Share911 / Share999 for its emergency communication.  If we need to notify you of an emergency, we will send an alert or notification through the Share911 / Share999 app. You will be notified via text and push notification.   

You will be receiving an email invite to join Share911 / Share999 shortly. When you receive the invite, promptly complete your profile. This should only take a couple of minutes. 

Once you have registered on Share911 / Share999, download the Share911 / Share999 mobile app.
